Hello, Hello! I'm really excited to be sharing with you guys a few swatches of some of the new Liquid Sky Lacquer polishes. Two of the polishes she sent me were just released earlier this afternoon and the other one is already available on her site :)

Before I get into the swatches I just have to tell you guys that Carolyn, creator of Liquid Sky Lacquer is absolutely Amazing! She's a master at holo polishes! If I wasn't on a 'No Buy' right now (due to wedding planning) I would go nuts with her new Summer Beach Party Collection!! …so I'll leave a link at the bottom of this post so you guys can find that collection and drool over it with me :P

First up is Papaya Smash

**These polishes were sent to me for review. Please see my Disclosure Policy listed in the tabs above.**

Papaya Smash is part of the new Summer Beach Party Collection, which consists of 9 holo polishes…9!!! As you can tell, this one is a beautiful orange holo. I only applied 2 coats for full coverage and I did not apply a topcoat for the photos above. The application was nice and smooth, and dried fairly quickly. I'm happy to see more orange polishes joining the Indie Summer polishes…I've been SO attracted to orange lately.

Carolyn stole my heart with this polish! Without even hesitating I can tell you this is my new favorite polish…which for you other polish addicts out there, know is not an easy thing when you have a big collection.

This is Coral You Later a beautiful matte pearl polish…yes I did say matte ;) I didn't expect that, but after applying 2 coats I did notice it started to dry matte…which made me love it more.

And if matte really isn't your thing, here it is with a topcoat :) Still gorgeous!

And last up is It's My Party. I was a little hesitant on whether or not I would like this one, because silver sparkly polish isn't usually my favorite, but I was so hung up on a previous silver sparkle polish that I didn't really like, that until I applied this one I didn't even realize it was a holo! Silly me! Polishes like this one always remind me not to judge a polish by the bottle…because after applying this I was mesmerized! The holo is amazing and the extra glitters are so fun! They give the polish a little extra pop! :) I applied 3 coats because I wanted a few extra glitters on each nail, but I could have gotten away with only 2 coats.

And just because…here is a close up picture of It's My Party with a flash! Stunning right!?

I think Carolyn hit a home run with these polishes, and just because of how much I love Papaya Smash, I know all of the other colors that are part of the Summer Beach Party Collection are equally as  stunning! …plus I have seen swatches ;)

If you don't follow Liquid Sky Lacquer you are really missing out! Check out her Facebook page, as well as her Instagram, @whimsicalcolor. Also, if you would like to purchase any of these polishes, or maybe her Summer Beach Party Collection (wink, wink), you can do so by clicking the link below.

Hello ladies! I've missed you! :) I hope you guys have been following me on Facebook and Instagram…I am able to post more regularly there.

First off I want to apologize to Angelyn/Doctor Lacquer for taking so long to post this review on my Blog. I've been getting everything ready for my wedding :) 4 1/2 weeks to go!! Ahh!! I'm so excited! But I now have some down time to catch myself up and share with you guys some fun swatches!

**These polishes were sent to me for review. Please see my Disclosure Policy listed in the tabs above.**

Botany Plants Lately? and I'm Lavender Rain.

Pythagorean Fiesta and Polygon Flash.

I'm Lavender Rain is a fun white crelly with multiple sized dots. I absolutely love the fun colors in this one! I think the white might stand out a little bit better if I had layered it over a white base but the white was opaque in 2-3 coats. For the most part it was smooth all over, except my pinky…the orange dot was slightly bent and I couldn't get it to lay flat.

Botany Plants Lately? is another white crelly with multiple size and shapes of glitters. The flower glitters are fun and unique…they were a little hard to apply, I had to do some glitter placement…but not too much. I applied 2-3 coats for opacity.

Pythagorean Fiesta is my absolute favorite polish of the 4 I received. It's such a fun glitter topper! I could have put this over any color and it would be fun but I chose white so that the glitters would stand out. My fiancĂ© told me it reminded him of cupcakes :P

Last up is Polygon Flash. This is another fun glitter topper. I layered 2 coats over Fresh Paint, Guava. I wasn't sure that I would like the butterflies so much, but I actually love them! Combined with the triangle glitters…it's just fun! Well done Doctor Lacquer! :D

I love both of these Duos! I think Angelyn did a great job! :) They are fun and fresh…and unique! If you would like to purchase either of these duos for yourself you can do so at The full bottle sets are $16.50, individuals are $8.49. Also, don't forget to follow Doctor Lacquer on Facebook and Instagram.

Happy Hump Day :) I apologize I haven't posted much lately…I've been planning my wedding so I haven't been able to do my nails as much lately, but I did have a chance to swatch my new KBShimmer polishes yesterday…and I can't even begin to tell you how much I love them!!

Life Rose On, Pansy-Monium, Sky Jinks and Belle of the Mall

So I have to tell you guys that I absolutely LOVE this pink! Life Rose On is the most perfect shade of pink, plus I only had to use 1 coat! …I will for sure be stamping with this pink.

Pansy-Monium is a gorgeous purple! I could have almost gotten away with 1 coat for this polish, but because my nails are longer I added a second coat just to make sure the entire nail was completely covered.

You all know how much I love my blue polishes :) …and this one is no exception. Sky Jinks is such a beautiful blue! 1 coat was perfect which will make it a great polish to use for stamping :)

Belle of the Mall is a beautiful pink/coral sparkle polish. When I was looking through KBShimmer's new Spring line I could not pass this one up! It really caught my eye…which is no surprise because it is stunning! 2 coats for full opacity.

There are 16 gorgeous polishes in the Spring line. 8 cream and 8 glitter. The cream polishes are all $7.50, and the glitters are $8.75. If you would like to see them all for yourself, or purchase any (I know I want the rest :P) you can do so here:
