FLORAL NAIL ART/BORNPRETTYSTORE WATER DECALS A069

Hello Lovelies!
I'm super excited about today's design! If you follow me on FB or IG you may have seen it already...but if not you're in for a treat! ;)

(Fair Warning: This is a picture heavy post. So enjoy!)

**This product was sent to me for review. Please see my Disclosure Policy listed in the tabs above.**

These decals are STUNNING!! And very easy to use :)

If you've never applied water decals, or struggle with them, watch my YouTube Tutorial to see how I apply them (hint: before you apply the decal to your nail, wet your nail so it's easier to slid the decal around until you're happy with the placement).

When I was finished applying them to my nails I loved them, but at the same time felt that they were really busy and needed a little something to tone them down, so I tried outlining each nail with white acrylic paint and that did the trick!

I really love the Matte finish! Which one do you like best??

SHARPIE NAIL ART/GEOMETRIC NAILS/BORN PRETTY STORE WATER DECALS DS306

So, I really don't know what to call these nails...on the Born Pretty Store website, the name of these decals is Geometric Figure...which I guess fits for most of the decals, but I don't feel that it accurately describes these nails. I was thinking something more like Astrology or ...?? Idk hahaha. If you have something better please leave a comment below. I'd love to know what you'd call these ;)

The base for this design was really fun to create! You can't quite tell in these photos as well as in person, but I created a watercolor base using sharpies and Isopropyl Alcohol. I used lime green, turquoise and light blue sharpies.

The water decals are super easy to apply, IF you remember to take off the top film first. For some reason whenever I'm working with small water decals like this I always forget to remove that film and then I can't use the decal; because once you put it in water, the decal sticks to the film and won't come off. So, I'm hoping that from here on out I will remember that! (Fingers crossed ;P).

BORN PRETTY STORE STAMPING POLISH 6ml #7-12 REVIEW

Good Morning Lovelies!
Today I'm going to be sharing my review of some stamping polishes for you :)
I received these polishes from Born Pretty Store, and I was super excited about it because I don't have many actual stamping polishes.

**These polishes were sent to me for review. Please see my Disclosure Policy listed in the tabs above.**

I didn't swatch all of these on my nails, but I did want to see how they looked so I tested them on a white paper, and I have to tell you that I am super impressed with their opacity over the black! That is one of the things that I look for with stamping polishes, because I've tried some before that barely show up over a black base.

I have played around with these polishes, so below are 2 designs I have come up with. I hope you like them :)

For this design I used OPI Black Onyx for the base and stamped with Sinful Colors Snow Me White and the 2 blue stamping polishes (which are #7 & #9). The plate I used was MoYou London plate 03.

Please take a minute to watch my Video Tutorial for this design here:

This design was extremely fun to create! I wanted to use more of the colors and layer them to see how well their opacity was.

I could try and explain how I did this design step-by-step for you, but that would take awhile, so you can watch how I created this here: Butterfly Floral Stamp

Overall, I am really impressed with these polishes. They stamp really well, they dry quick and I really like the colors. The only thing I don't really like about them is that the bottle is really small so they won't last that long...but I can look past that since they are a very decent price on the Born Pretty Store website. Plus if you use code "UTG10" you can get 10% off of your entire order ;)

JIOR COUTURE CRYSTAL NAIL GEMS COLLECTION PART 4

Happy Monday Lovelies! :) Sorry I haven't posted much lately...I'm hoping to make up for that this week and next.

Today I'm sharing a new Collection with you guys from Jior Couture. It's part 4 of the Crystal Nail Gems Collection (you can see Part 3 here: CNG Part 3).

**These products were sent to me for review. Please see my Disclosure Policy listed in the tabs above.**

First off, let me point out that this polish is Just a topcoat polish...it is not a blue polish. I applied a blue base color so you could see the holo and flakes in this polish (the blue polish is a stamping polish from Born Pretty Store).

This polish is Opal a fun holo/flake topcoat. I applied 2 coats, though you could get away with one.

Next up is Rose Quartz, this is a fun pink with shimmer, holo and flakes. I only applied 2 coats because I liked the sheerness...but if you wanted it more opaque I would suggest a third coat.

Stevonnie is a fun microglitter/flake polish. The glitters are a rainbow of colors with more of a blue base. I absolutely loved the way this looked against my skin :) I applied 3 coats for full opacity.

Steven is a lot like the previous polish except the colors are a bit darker. I love both of these microglitter/flakes! Again, I used 3 coats for full opacity.

Unknown is a really beautiful blue/black microglitter/flake. I was really excited about this polish, the only reason I didn't love it was because I applied it kind of thick...other than that I think this is a stunning and eye catching polish! I used 3 coats for full opacity.

And last up is another holo topper (the base color is Mauve Over by LondonTown Lakur). This holographic glitter is Holo at Me 3. I was really impressed with it! It kind of reminds me of China Glaze Fairy Dust, which is my go-to for glitter designs ;)

Here's a look at the holo/flake/microglitter polishes with a black base under them as well as one coat over plain white. I was really surprised to see Rose Quartz look so gold over the black, but I really like how you can see all of the glitters and the flakes with the black base.

All of these polishes were easy to work with and applied smoothly (except unknown, but that was more my fault than the actual polish). They self level and don't apply super patchy when you apply 2-3 coats.

I was also sent a Peel Off Base Coat and a Texture Smoothing Topcoat to try out with these polishes and I was quite impressed with both of them. The topcoat dried fairly quickly and smoothed out the glitter really well with only 1 coat. And the Peel Off Base Coat made taking of the glitter polishes SO easy!!! I don't like wearing glitter polishes much because of how difficult they are to take off, but this Peel Off Base was HEAVEN when taking these glitters off! ;)

This Collection will be released tomorrow (Aug 9) so make sure to head to http://www.jiorcouture.com to get yours!

If you would like to get your hands on the Texture Smoothing Topcoat or the Peel Off Base Coat you can get them Today! (links below).
