Now that the 31 Day Challenge is over I decided to do a recap :) I'll keep my words short because this will be a long post. But I'm sure you won't mind, after all you are here for the pictures right!? ;)

Thanks for checking out my post! I'd love to know which design is your favorite :) Leave a comment down below!
It's finally here :) The last day of my 31 Day Challenge. I've been waiting for it for a long time, not because it's the last day, but because I've known exactly what design I've wanted to recreate for a while now! So without further ado... here's the design!
I first saw this design a few months ago when I was watching YouTube videos on nail art (it's one of my favorite past times :P). The YouTuber who posted the video is Cult Cosmetics, and the design is their design inspired by The Great Gatsby. I Highly recommend watching the video! Their nails turned out absolutely flawless!
You might think I'm crazy but when I was getting closer to finishing this design I was kind of disappointed with the result. Here's why: I don't have studs smaller than the ones pictured so they seem a little to big for this design. Also, the silver polish I used on my pointer finger and thumb is gross. Lol! I know...I just don't like that it doesn't match the consistency of the gold, like in the video. But the more that I look at the design, I do love it! I'd prefer to just paint the silver part gold, but overall, now that I've acclimated to it I love it! :)
The polishes I used were China Glaze, Liquid Leather, White On White, Passion and nc2 by Nu Colour, Lighting. I have no idea where I got the nc2 polish, I know I have had it for a long time! It's probably one of my first polishes, and I've barely used it. It's not that I don't like it, I've just always like bright, fun colors on my nails until now (now that I'm into nail art), and I don't use silver a whole lot.
I hope you guys like this design and check out Cult Cosmetics' video :) I'll do a recap post with a photo of each day in the challenge. If you have any requests for nail designs I am open to them! I need some ideas. Have a great night! :)
Hey guys! :) I'm excited to share this design with you because I really like the way it turned out. When I was first trying to decide on what nails I wanted to try out I couldn't figure it out :P There are way to many choices! Unfortunately the Pictorial I used has no watermark so I do not know who the rightful owner is, but I do want to give credit to them. You can see the pictorial here.
I also want to give credit to @amkuch15 on IG. If I had not seen her design I may not have ever tried this out. So a big thank you to her for the inspiration!
So, what do you think!? :) I really like it! It's fun and different. The only thing that kind of bothers me is that the black lines aren't straight...but I did just get new nail art brushes so I still need to get used to them :) And just an FYI, I will be doing a review on those in a later post to let you guys know what brand they are and what I think.
I was going to use O.P.I., Do You Lilac It? and Ulta, Celebutante and keep it at that, but I have Zoya, Mimi and just couldn't resist! It's to beautiful not to use, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The white is again China Glaze, White On White and then just white and black acrylic paint.
Supernatural nails always stump me...although I do like this day in the challenge, it's not an easy one to come up with. This year I decided to keep it fun and simple. I opted for a stamp that I have used before...I'll give you a hint. I used it on my very first Galaxy design during last years 31 Day Nail Art Challenge! ;)
Any ideas?? Do you remember that one? ...It's a UFO stamp :) (Check out my Galaxy Nails here). So I am actually going to name this design "A UFO Invasion!" :P
It makes sense now huh!? :P So the base color I used was Orly's, Black Pixel. It's a black glitter. Super pretty! I haven't used it a whole lot, so I'm glad that I could use it for this design. The UFO stamp is by Cheeky, plate CH4 and I used China Glaze, White On White for the UFO.
